If your instructor is using Copyleaks and you are receiving a bad page error, you should try the following:
- Make sure your browser is up to date. We recommend using Google Chrome or Edge when working in Brightspace.
- Clear your browser history. Bad cookies can prevent a web-page from loading properly.
- Ensure third-party cookies are enabled. This article will walk you through doing so: Copyleaks – Browers and Enabling Third-Party Cookies.
- Try accessing Copyleaks from incognito mode. Here are directions from Google: Browse in Incognito mode.
- If none of the above works, try accessing Copyleaks from a different computer. The ones at all SSC locations should allow you to submit without any issues.
