If you have trouble in Blackboard, sometimes it is because you need to clear the memory from your browser.
In Chrome:
1. Click the button with three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click More Tools.
3. Choose Clear Browsing Data.

In FireFox:
1. Click the three lines in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Options

3. Click Privacy & Security
4. Clear Now
