Emailing From our Learning Management System (LMS)
Your instructor is the first place you go when you need assistance. They will answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
You will contact them through email. As an online student, you must contact your instructor if you have questions regarding the course content or need help. Make sure you are in the course of the instructor you are emailing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL emails sent from our Learning Management System (LMS) are directed to your Stark State email account. Neither you nor your instructor will receive any emails directly within the LMS. In other words, there is no Inbox in our system. You will need to check your Stark State email frequently for a reply.
